The "basic food hygiene" or "foundation" courses have been discontinued following a change in the course structure recommended by the CIEH. All food handlers must now undertake a Level 2 course that is appropriate to the sector they work in. Our Catering, Manufacturing and Retail courses are designed to meet that new recommendation.
Yes, if you have more than five courses in your basket at the checkout screen you will automatically be given the option to pay by invoice.
When you purchase the course you will be allocated a learner(s) within our learning management system. You can then proceed through the course at your own pace. When you have completed the training you will be able to take the online exam. The passmark for the exam is 70% although you may attempt the exam as many times as you wish.
Your certificate will be posted within 1 working day of completing the course.
Our certificates are much higher quality than the standard home printer can produce, as such we do offer a home printing option that allows you to print a temporary certificate but we still send you a high quality certificate through the post.
